Message ROFL.

The old school people know I'm a big time bracket racer. Back in the day I spent allot of time at the dragstrip. I tested every single mod at the track. No dyno testing for me. And I mean an islotion test on every single mod. I wanted to see real world results. What mods netted me better ET and better reaction times vs. what mods totally sucked. So my car was also a mish-mash of test parts, some connected and others not connected.

Now onto the front mount interfooler! I would say bracket racing is 50% keeping your focus while psyching out the other guy. Allot of it his head games. Keeping the FMIC on while actually using the stock side mounts was to my advantage. Seeing this all black Z with that huge FMIC scared the crap out of allot of opponents. "Uh-oh here comes that black Z again! I don't wanna line up against that." LOL. Oh, how I miss the old days...

Also FYI, the Greddy FMIC did produde a pressure drop that cost me at least 0.3 in elapsed time. And we found out that I wasn't able to hit 11's on stock turbos in the months leading up to my crash cause 1 of my turbos was finally failing (wheel play). It couldn't hold any more that 15 psi max boost. :-(

And, haven't been around too much since having the baby and the holidays. Unfortunately, Z32racing.com has become neglected. Sorry folks. Hope to be able to catch up again some time in the next few months. BTW, still got the vert (sleeping peacefully still), still got the Mini-S(jcw pkg). By end of the month, gonna consolidate the Frontier and Audi A3 into a 2010 Audi Q5(premium plus pkg).
